Okay, so took a little study break to do a doodle of Cherry. I’m not pleased with it, but if I scrapped everything I wasn’t pleased with I wouldn’t draw anything.
I really adore this band and all the members.
Decided to draw my friend’s character Ashira in this world too. There are also an ocean people in this made up world.
Maybe I should give a bit more background…
Okay, so in this world dragons sort of run everything. Not pure dragons, but dragonoid. A long time ago, some dragons took on a human form and they are all that is left. But they are the primary citizens and humans are second class.
However, there are some humanoid type groups that descended from humans but are not humans. They are higher up than people are. Wyrdel is one of those human-ish peopls.
One of the worlds is an underwater world. Obviously there are no humans in the underwater world. There are the sea dragons and then merpeople who are descended from humans. While I was drawing Ashira in this way, I decided to split the tail in two since these are creatures descended from two legged humans.
A doodle of my character Wyrdel in a setting I was thinking of for an rp. He’s like a desert dweller in this one. They only hunt at night hence the dark clothes.
The place where he and his people live would be a geological phenomena where there is a vast honeycomb of hard rock. They can’t dig through the rock, but there is a special type of mole that can, and they only come out above ground at night.
Furthermore the moles often find gems in the ground and dig them up and keep them in their dens etc. So Wyrdel and his people will often find these gems and trade them with people who live beyond their desert.
Kind of a silly premise but shut up.
